Broiled:

Whole tomatoes cut in half and seasoned with salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash and topped with cheese (any cheese). Broil for ten minutes and serve hot with a baked potato and grilled chicken.

Fresh:

Tomato wedges with salt and pepper. Fresh from the garden or after chilling in the refrigerator. You just can not get this type of tomato in the supermarket.

Lightly seasoned;

Slices of tomatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, slices of Parmesan cheese and drizzled with extra virgin, first cold press olive oil. Simple and delicious!

Marinated;

Wedges with fresh herbs, scallions, chive or shallots and marinated in olive oil for a couple of hours or up to 48 hours.

Dried;

Small plum tomatoes cut in halves and dried in the dehydrator for later use in soups, stews, sauces and pasta dishes.

    Hah, I really enjoy this article! They all look delicious and attractive. Someday I will learn to cook the dishes. I also think I should buy a dehydrator in my kitchen.
